Connect what works. Keep logging when it does not.

Manual logging works whether a device is connected or not. It never depends on a provider. If you use Dexcom or FreeStyle Libre, you can also connect your own account: both paths are supported while their reliability is still being verified in launch validation.

What you can connect today

Two connection paths are supported while their reliability is still being verified in launch validation, so they are described as supported paths, not as certified or guaranteed ones. You connect your own account at the provider with your own credentials, and you can disconnect it again whenever you want.

  • • Dexcom OAuth for Dexcom G6/G7 and Share-compatible accounts
  • • FreeStyle Libre through LibreLinkUp with your email, password, and region

What works without any connection

Manual logging never depends on a device connection. If sync stops, or if you never connect a provider at all, this is still yours to use.

  • • Manual glucose readings
  • • Manual insulin entries
  • • Meal records and notes
  • • Timeline review of everything you logged

What is not available yet

These paths are not part of the product today, so there is nothing to connect here yet.

  • • Dexcom Stelo
  • • Abbott Lingo
  • • Eversense
  • • Medtronic pumps and CGM
  • • Apple Health bridge
  • • Google Health Connect bridge

If a connection stops working

Losing sync does not lock you out of your records. Four steps bring you back.

  • • Confirm the data is present in the source app (Dexcom, Libre, and so on).
  • • Reconnect the provider from CGM Connections and re-authenticate if you are asked to.
  • • Keep logging meals, glucose, and insulin manually while sync recovers.
  • • Contact support with the provider, timestamps, screenshots, and the last successful sync time.
