GlucIQ provides a daily score that reflects how your meals align with glycemic management goals.
Score Components
The score (0–100) is calculated from multiple factors:
| Component | Weight | What It Measures |
|---|---|---|
| Glycemic Impact | 35% | Post-meal glucose response patterns |
| Nutrition Balance | 25% | Macro distribution and fiber intake |
| Meal Consistency | 20% | Regular meal timing and logging completeness |
| Glucose Stability | 20% | Time-in-range and variability |
How to Interpret Scores
- 80–100: Strong management day — meals well-matched to glucose targets
- 60–79: Moderate — some meals caused notable glucose swings
- Below 60: Challenging day — review specific meals that drove the score down
Score vs. Perfection
The score is a learning tool, not a judgment. A “bad” score day can still provide useful data if it reveals a pattern (e.g., high-carb lunches consistently cause afternoon spikes).
